FEA

Stress tests were carried out to find weak points and areas of improvement within the design. Optimisation with wall thicknesses and material choices was done to reduce weight and improve strength. Tests were done with Aluminium 6061-T6 with a total weight of 120kg applied to the seat and the handle. An FOS of 5.5 was achieved with minimal displacement, stresses and strains
